We are on the lookout for a Stock Team Leader to support our client located in Lutterworth.You will lead a team of stock clerks on shift, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity while minimizing stock loss.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met
- Work with the Operations team to resolve errors (i.e. Pick error's, placing errors, Over picks, etc) and non-conformance effecting stock integrity
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the team
- Meet standards of performance, behaviour and as laid down by company and site policies and procedures. Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A background in inventory or stock management, or a related role
- Experience with operating a warehouse management system (WMS)
- Experience in managing teams within a supply chain or stock management environment
- Experience demonstrating strong attention to detail
