Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Stock & Systems First Line Manager to join our team in Warrington on our Iceland contract. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the stock and admin team enabling them to meet objectives, encourage open communication whilst addressing stock and admin issues effectively.

This is a full time, permanent position working on an any 5 days from 7, on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,280.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance workflow
  • Implement quality control procedures to prevent damaged or defective stock from being distributed
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Capability to analyse data, identify trends and make informed decisions regarding stock levels
  • Precision in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock meets quality standards
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, such as fluctuating demand, unexpected stock shortages, or new technology implementations
  • Aptitude for identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions to address them
