As a Project Manager, you are pivotal in the implementation of new customers as well as new services. Collaborating closely with our operational and cross-functional teams, you are instrumental in executing projects that enhance our overall efficiency. The role is based in Poland and offers hybrid/remote work.

What does your day look like in the role of our Project Manager:
  • Making sure that all task are assigned to individual project members
  • Collecting workstream updates
  • Preparing Project plan, action list, risk register, RAG analysis, etc.
  • Prioritization of pending tasks
  • Referring project updates to SteerCo
  • Supporting workstream leaders/ members in finding right resources in blocking points
  • Having holistic view of project and helping to avoid critical moment in whole project way
  • Finding right resources for upcoming task during project
  • Direct link with project sponsor and workstream leaders

What do you need to be successful?
  • Previous solid experience in project management/implementation within logistics sector
  • Logistics background and technical knowledge about warehouse logistics
  • Language capabilities: fluency inEnglish (C1 level)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in drawing conclusions, synthesizing information, and analytical thinking
  • Capability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Familiarity with IT process support systems like WMS and ERP
