We are looking for a full-time permanent MHE trainer who can support, develop, and deliver all areas of training and development on our BT contract.
Working hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed.
The main part of your role will be as a MHE trainer; however, you will also need to support the operation when needed.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 (inclusive of training allowance) per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
- To make sure their own training accreditations are always kept up-to-date and audit checks are completed to ensure the safety instructors are up-to-date too
- To keep up to date with industry best practise and safety standards to assist the safety and site security manager to build robust safety training plans, so we consistently deliver a high level of safety training and to secure further line of business training requests
- To ensure THE training matrix IS always updated
- Is responsible for building training programmes as and when required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- MHE accredited trainer or working towards
- Good Health & Safety operations knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
