Role can be based in Lithia Springs, GA, Omaha, NE or Manassas, VA
What you'll do on a typical day:
- Lead the development of effective growth strategies for the supply chain; drive new account growth through effective solutions development
- Build and improve strategic relationships with the client's senior management team
- Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
- Develop short-range and long-range plans and goals for the organization; ensure VOC/VOM KPIs are meaningful, aligned and achieved regularly
- Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities; sustain Lean culture
- Manage account-driven initiatives
- Ensure customer contractual obligations are met
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 7 years of program/project management experience
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of vertical supply chain and supply chain systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Solid financial acumen
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the capacity to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
- Strong project management skills and experience
