You'll be paid a salary of up to £32,000 per annum. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Create, maintain and manage collation and reporting of business key operational metrics that drive financial performance, such as overtime, agency hours and fuel usage
• Ensure each client has a database, and the customer service team have a robust process for collating the daily performance data, sharing a daily summary of the clients performance
• Attend weekly calls with head of performance and network manager to explain compliance performance, and suggest potential areas for improvement/resolutions
• Responsible for loss and prevention analysis, working with transport and warehouse management to identify trends and patterns, providing formal reports on a monthly basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources, adapting data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with an ability to understand the client's needs and requirements
• Ability to translate data into visuals and the ability to adapt visualisation depending on the audience
• Computer literate and confident with the use of MS Excel
