• Maintain current plans, procedures, programs and strategies to enhance perfo! rmance, accuracy levels and interdepartmental perceptions

• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment

• Responsible for overseeing replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, shipping and international shipments

• Respond to issues via email or phone in a timely manner

• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards

• Interact with other departments to help maketeamsuccessful

• Push productivity while simultaneously controlling costs

• Provide guidance in the absent of Supervisor

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

• 1+ years of experience working within a Distribution Center environment, required

• 3+ years in aLeadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, required

• Experience operating RF scanners, required

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Workforce Planning experience required

• Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement

•Must complete and submit a background screening that will be conducted by the U.S. Government post hire

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

• Ability read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility without assistance

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

•Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

• Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance

• Ability to climb stairs without assistance

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products

• Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height

• Must be about to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA
