OVERVIEW:
This role serves as a liaison between the People Team, the People Operations Administration team, and our Centers of Expertise (COEs). You will take ownership of identifying and resolving issues, driving effective communications, and establishing systems that promote efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery to the agencies and their
employees.
YOUR IMPACT:
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Ensure that all onboarding, offboarding and payroll processing is being actioned on in a timely manner.
• Confirm pick-up person for new hires after GroupM Orientation.
• Upon an employee's termination, ensure a request is submitted for Supervisor, Aura and Concur updates for any of their direct reports. Assign to Ops Administration team to make updates in ADP.

• Support the People Ops team by working with IT to disable access for involuntary terms after termination conversations.
• Researching whether any leavers owe back funds to the agencies for relocation, immigration fees, Tuition reimbursements, etc. Working with People team and Payroll team to make sure we are recouping the funds back.
• Verifying carry over days and vacation to be paid out upon employees' termination and ensuring their timesheets are completed before their term date.
• Partner with People Planning to ensure transfers are accurately processed from a Compliance standpoint (transfer letter signed, proper approvals are in place and codes are accurate).
• Work with the mailroom to send out laptop boxes for leavers and track returned equipment before
handing over to IT.
• Schedule exit interviews for leavers and ensure Retensa exit survey is completed prior to their exit interview.
Immigration
• Manage Immigration Inbox.
• Work with People Ops to handle any I9 reverifications due to Visa extensions or approvals.
• Request Cost Approval/Seek Approval from Business & Finance.
Data & Governance
• Auditing payroll post processing to ensure that Supervisors, Titles, Department Heads, Levels, and all other data has been accurately reflected.
• Audit the joiners, leavers, and payroll requests received to ensure accuracy and completeness & flagging any concerns back to the HRBP/generalist team.
• Partnering with the Data and Reporting team to own the Quarterly Audits for your dedicated agency, inclusive of Supervisor, Department Codes, STIP/SPOT audits, etc.
• Maintain and audit employee data regularly.
• Troubleshoot IT Issues and other technical issues (Aura/Concur/etc.)
• Follow-up and work with L&E on ensuring compliance with mandatory trainings.
Employee Experience
• Work with the People Ops Team to generate promotion, merit, STIP/SPOT letters as well as anniversary letters to be distributed to the employees, when applicable. Ensuring signatories and all details are accurate before distribution.
