  • Works with business to propose business process changes/standardizations to enhance and streamline current processes.
  • Prepare cost/benefit analysis aide business decisions on new software solutions.
  • Validate system results by writing test cases and testing new application functionality.
  • Implement new workflow solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative options.
  • Ensure effective operation of new systems by leading UAT sessions, training plant staff, and providing supporting documentation.
  • Level 3 Support for applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing and sales reporting.
  • Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues, removing roadblocks and improving the user experience.
  • Take lead on large projects and major outage situations.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Works with project manager to plan and resource projects.
  • Research emerging technologies/capabilities that can increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years proven experience working in/with manufacturing principles and associated business processes.
  • Experience configuring integrated and complex manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Experience with Kiwiplan or Amtech manufacturing applications a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to positively interact directly with end users.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.  Demonstrated ability to prioritize.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Collaborative team first mentality.  Business and goal oriented.
  • Energetic, fun, inquisitive, can-do/positive outlook. Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
