We're looking for an Analyst to join a high-impact, high-performing team that delivers Go-to-Market (GTM) analytics and insights to the leadership team. The goal of this role is to scale and automate our key forecast, RoI, utilization and other reports and processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and data-savvy analyst who not only understands large, complex data sets well, but can also synthesize them to provide actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Develop internal Salesforce.com systems
  • Conduct gap analysis on current state capabilities and heat maps on recommended high priorities
  • Take full ownership of Salesforce.com and all sales systems administration
  • Build and design specs and technical solution architecture for product catalogues and price book, complex deal workflow and multilevel approvals through Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Build and design specs and technical solution architecture to create a renewals engine including creating program strategy, ideal future states, developing a CPQ program
  • Plan, Estimate, & Track through the development cycle. Work with Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical design
  • Stay in the loop on new Salesforce products and capabilities

Qualifications You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and Architect, Computer Programmer, Associate – Projects, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a related occupation

  • At least 5 years of experience with:
  • Salesforce architecture and development
  • Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Development using Visual Force, SOQL, and APEX
  • Using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Excel connectorSalesforce REST/SOAP API implementation and integration with any third-party software
  • CPQ implementations
