The Marketing Engagement Manager is an out-of-the-box thinker who will drive member engagement, with a primary focus on nurturing large market accounts. You will be responsible for creating strategy that leads patients from the top of the funnel to conversion as a patient; an ability to work equal parts of “left brain, right brain,” with the ability to create impactful marketing campaigns, as well as execute and track initiatives that roll up to marketing KPI’s.
This role is a perfect fit for someone who has a breadth of diverse marketing channel expertise -- who is a natural collaborator with strong EQ -- and who is results driven. This role is both innovative in needing to think about new ideas and ways to engage our members while also thinking about how we scale our tools and resources to be operationally effective. You’ll be responsible for driving member-facing marketing initiatives with strategic accounts, including driving brand awareness, growing account registration, and increasing first time use of Included Health products and services. With your accounts, you’ll drive the agenda for understanding the target audience, conducting a historical look back to measure campaign effectiveness, and develop strategic communications plans in partnership with our Account Managers. You’ll present at meetings to sell-in campaign ideas, lead creative development, and report out campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for driving utilization at your large market accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing responsibilities related to new client implementations
- Partner with the Client Success team to plan an execute marketing programs that drives engagement for our clients
- Measure, track and report on client marketing activities, with the ability to pivot when initiatives are not performing
- Work with clients to segment their population to drive initial adoption and on-going engagement
- Draw insights from members and serve as their voice in product, and communication development
- Develop consultative and strategic relationships with our customers on the topic of communications and member marketing
- Develop high-impact, convincing oral and written presentations of creative concepts
- Measure and share campaign performance to internal (growth marketing, product, and account team) and external (customer) stakeholders
- Using our patient profiles, cohorts and brand persona’s, establish insights that will lead to actionable recommendations to drive engagement
Qualifications:
- Experience managing adoption, engagement and retention focused programs
- Experience in leveraging multiple channels to execute and manage marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics
- Great communication skills and a strong presenter
- Ability to work with creative and technical teams
- Innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environment
- Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Graduate of a Marketing BS or Masters degree program.
- 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of digital marketing
- Healthcare experience is a plus
