Included Health is looking for a highly quantitative, well-rounded, top performing Finance Manager to join its FP&A team. This role will report into the Director, FP&A and be the finance business partner to the Behavioral Health Business.
You will help the Behavioral Health GM Team drive smart decisions grounded with analytics, financial reasoning, insights, and/or forecast of trends. You will be immersed in all aspects of the Behavioral Health Business. You will manage the top-line trends, including care seekers, visits, revenue and margins, and own the forecasting and analysis for those trends. Successful candidates will excel in an unstructured environment, can juggle multiple projects at a time, find creative ways to tackle ambiguous problems and be a trusted business partner. You will have a large impact within a fast growing business.

Responsibilities:
- Create strong business partnerships and own relationships with the Behavioral Health GM Team.
- Support the FP&A team with annual plan, monthly forecasts, long-range planning.
- Regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis and performance readouts to the Behavioral Health GM team, CFO and executives.
- Forecast careseekers and visit volume to understand demand and its implication on provider supplies.
- Create, develop and manage dashboards that are insightful and actionable for business partners
- Analyze large data sets, interpret trends, and identify actionable insights and be able to communicate and present those trends
- Collaborate with with other members of the FP&A team, as well as analytics, workforce management, clinical operations, marketing and client success

Requirements:
- Must have a BS or MS in a Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with supporting a business unit ideally supporting a GM and their direct reports
- Some experience in FP&A or related function in large corporation
- Some experience in a fast-growing organizations ideally in both a large corporate company and a startup
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision
- Must possess a sound ability to problem-solve individually and in a group setting.
- Must shift priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and control.
- Ability to perform detailed modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL is a plus
