Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 to $130,400.00.

Position Details:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will execute full cycle search activities to source, qualify and close candidates for our Grainger Distribution Centers and Bulk Warehouses. In an advisory capacity, you will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fill open roles within time to fill goals. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will work in a hybrid capacity out of Lake Forest, IL or Chicago, IL.
You Will:
- Conduct intake discussions with Hiring Managers and be proficient with using data to consult on the job market.
- Be the expert in managing all expectations regarding the interview and hiring process.
- Create customized search strategies with Hiring Managers including target candidate profiles, job postings and social media marketing.
- Build candidate generation and sourcing strategies for 15-25 requisitions at any given time.
- Improve recruiting processes by sharing best practices, new recruiting tools and methodologies with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, salary structures and long-term incentive plans for potential candidates.
- Negotiate compelling offer packages to close candidates.
You Have:
- Full cycle talent acquisition experience; preferably 5 or more years
- Experience recruiting in a Distribution Center or Warehouse environment strongly preferred
- Expertise in all sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law
- Experience building credibility with hiring managers and using market knowledge to advise on talent strategy
- Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking system, common desktop applications, and social media
- BA/BS degree is a plus
