Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on developing forward thinking Talent Advisors that can evolve those competencies to a new level. We are looking for a Noida based Contractual Recruitment Professional, who is expert in Engineering/ Non Engineering/ Product/ A SaaS Recruiter, who will proactively drive all aspects of the recruiting process for our Engineering function and develop strong relationships internally with the hiring managers and externally with the services community. We are also looking for someone who is familiar with innovative and analytical strategies to source, screen and select candidate and then understands how to effectively use these strategies to influence hiring managers and business decisions.
- Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
- Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
- Manage all requisition related activities with a strong focus on quality of hire and time to fill
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
- Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies
- Utilize strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers
- Mentor, coach and guide fellow colleagues in their talent advisor development
