Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, or Integrations.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience managing or consulting in an enterprise SaaS HCM system.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of workday solutions across multiple stakeholder teams and projects at a given time. Assist stakeholders in translating business requirements in to Workday solutions.
- Deliver specific system processes, including configuration, documentation, testing and security collaborating with relevant stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Legal, Business HR, Staffing, Corporate Engineering).
- Provide Workday expertise and configuration development for implementing new features to internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Continue to develop and share a deep understanding of Workday global business processes in order to predict downstream implications of issues and system changes and allow for effective troubleshooting.
- Manage resolution of user inquiries, questions, and problems, auditing of process data, analysis and resolution of problems and special cases, training and communication with operations, HR business partners and other stakeholders.
