Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL queries.
- Experience in the media industry, including television and video technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting web technologies such as XML, HTML.
- Experience developing and running services or scripts built in C++, Python, or Javascript.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver various operational workflows and tools (i.e., web-based and command line scripts) between partners (both external content partners and internal operations) and YouTube.
- Improve content and ads operations by developing automation scripts and dashboards. Improve product feature offerings by providing feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
- Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner's integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance either directly or through scaled teams.
- Support Partners and internal teams through technical troubleshooting, and enhancing documentation and processes. Capture trends across partners and advocate their needs internally.
