Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST-based technologies (e.g., HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML).
- Experience assisting non-writers with developmental and copy editing.
- Familiarity with API management, Cloud, Cloud/Hybrid, Multi-Cloud, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technologies and practices.
- Proven track record of researching and writing effective documentation for developers and dev-ops.
- Ability to design information architecture for moderate to large content sets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience, information architecture, navigation, and effort to reduce fragmentation and discoverability issues.
- Communicate with Cloud customers through conceptual documentation, detailed how-to guides, code samples, and other online materials.
- Be responsible for working with engineering and product management to document new features.
