Minimum qualifications:
2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.- 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Product management, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).
- 2 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- Experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Experience leading projects.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2 years of experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical talent. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and to manage full-cycle recruiting processes efficiently. Adapt to utilizing various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and employee referrals.

Responsibilities
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes, tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and providestatus updates on open roles.
- Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
