Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming language (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, preferably Computer Vision, or a related field.
  • Experience in applying machine learning to real-world data.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, Flume, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Data Analysis.
  • Experience in Machine Learning (ML), C++, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand gaps in our content understanding.
  • Build classifiers for YouTube videos, livestreams, and images using various modalities (e.g., video, image, audio, audio transcripts).
  • Apply novel machine learning methods to manage a variety of Trust and Safety issues.
  • Collaborate with research, operations, and product teams.
