Responsibilities

• Demonstrate direct technical and engineering leadership that builds the next generation of capabilities in the Enterprise platform, Analytics, and Machine Learning (ML)
• Work with product managers, UX, and other engineers across the organization. Also find and drive partnerships with other organizations across Google, finding opportunities for technology collaborations as well as adoption to expanded use cases.
• Understand, communicate, and support organization level business objectives and priorities. Invest in team members' individual growth, as well as broader organization health. Proactively identify and solve team issues along a variety of dimensions, such as cultural, strategic, staffing, process, and prioritization. Adapt when needed, develop change-resilient teams, and effectively scale teams to handle increased breadth or depth of scope.
