Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with managing digital advertising campaigns with experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms (DV360).
  • Experience in Account Management driving advanced usage of DV360 features especially durable solutions Enterprise Agreement, Operational technology and continuous build. DV360 YouTube and Connected TV third party (CTV/3P) video campaign set up.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a health-related industry or regulated environment such as finance, insurance, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge in YouTube campaign planning, set up, and promoting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Connected TV (CTV) and Video ecosystem.

In the Programmatic Account Manager role, you will be responsible for managing an exciting portfolio of accounts, and helping to drive display and video growth within the Healthcare Industry. You will become an extension of our customers' marketing and analytics teams as they unify their programmatic media in Display and Video 360 (DV360), ensuring our customers' overall satisfaction and utilization of DV360, sharing practices, making recommendations and promoting, providing education, and ensuring resolution of issues through coordination with cross-functional and partner teams. You will maintain campaign performance as well as drive video and display growth across DV360 and YouTube. You will be an expert in the programmatic ecosystem and help our clients understand how our programmatic media tools can help them future proof their business, and achieve their business goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage Programmatic Account Management on One Health accounts. The team partners with a wide array of Healthcare industries inclusive of Pharma, Over the Counter (OTC), Health Insurance, Weight Loss, etc.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with clients and agency teams to understand their core business objectives. Also, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage our programmatic media tools to deliver against client Customer Business Objectives (CBO).
  • Partner with One Health pod teams and other specialist teams to develop joint plans and strategies that drive display and video investments.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, and serve as a thought leader to clients around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
  • Provide detailed account analysis to ensure that our advertisers are exceeding performance goals.
