Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in management consulting, an operations-related function, or equivalent field; or 12 years with an advanced degree in business, finance, or accounting.
- 5 years of experience directly leading a team.
- Experience with accounting/finance ERP systems, business processes, and related system controls.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects, including risk assessment and control in payables/receivables operations.
- Experience leading complex, global operations and system implementations in a cross functional and fast-paced environment and managing complex escalations, balancing business and technical risks.
- Experience as a product manager for a business-to-business or business-to-consumer product/service, with a focus on successful partnering with engineering groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work with an outsourced service provider in operations, source-to-pay, or other relevant areas.

The Finance Operations team manages Google's cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming and outgoing cash processes are controlled, effective, and efficient. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of globally and regionally focused individuals across the source to pay process, ensuring flawless operational execution, identifying and driving process improvements, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives for future scalability.
- Manage a team overseeing global supplier enrollment, PO creation, invoicing, and payment operations executed by our BPO partner, to deliver process excellence focusing on efficiency, quality, controls, and compliance to local regulations.
- Lead your team to leverage data to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and scale with growth.
- Lead your team to partner with various business and Finance teams to implement end-to-end process improvements: determine constraints and dependencies, define timelines, allocate resources, assist with testing, evaluate design alternatives and implications on operations, and help drive projects to completion.
