Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
- Experience building a book of business.
- Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience with or coaching digital campaign management in Google Ads or similar products.
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders in an advertising or marketing context.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or multi-channel experience.
- Ability to own sales team operations in Poland (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution).

Responsibilities
- Lead the management, operations, training, coaching, and support of a sales team to deliver on business growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals for a portfolio of customers.
- Work with senior leaders to ensure collaboration between the team, partner sellers, and cross-functional teams, and align on priorities.
- Cultivate customer relationships through key C-level meetings and speaking engagements.
- Guide and hold the team accountable to build and manage long-term plans with customers.
- Define the future of customer interaction (e.g., automation, first-party data, customer lifetime value, Online to Offline, CRM integrations, etc.) and help develop the necessary infrastructure and processes.
