Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the area.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in People management.
  • Experience in managing performing teams identify, attract and develop diverse, talented people, and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Ability to be Independent, takes initiative who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to own sales team operations portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution. Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling.
  • Passion for selling with a drive to innovate. Excellent communication skills.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and performing sales team.
  • Deliver against ambitious business product targets, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
  • Model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of sales innovation and advertiser success on the team.
