Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center.
- Experience in project management.
- Understanding of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
- Understanding of global geopolitical trends, emerging threats, with the ability to influence peers and executive leaders.
- Ability to lead and manage teams in international environments, including remote team management.
- Ability to manage security operations, personnel, and delivering quality security programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Drive crisis and incident response across the Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) ecosystem and with Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) partners.
- Serve as a leader within regional and global GSOC teams, supporting regional security strategy and global event response.
- Analyze regional trends and risks with GSRS, ensuring the GSOC ecosystem is prepared for emerging threats.
- Analyze, develop, and strengthen GSOC processes and procedures, empowering the team to effectively manage incidents and escalations.
- Lead and develop a diverse GSOC team, ensuring sufficient staffing and training. Manage stakeholder needs and communication, overseeing GSOC objectives and results.
