Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, product management, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration.
  • Experience with the Cloud portfolio or generative artificial intelligence products collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations.
  • Experience in a SaaS/IaaS/PaaS company, focused on growth.
  • Ability to query datasets using SQL and produce insights to drive decisions, with experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to influence executive cross-functional stakeholders and achieve key goals and metrics in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives across Cloud in partnership with Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales Operations, and the regional sales teams. You work on a range of projects for the business and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee business performance of the Google Cloud portfolio for small and medium-sized businesses, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the business-assisted workflow.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to substantiate innovative market strategies for Google Cloud and the portfolio.
  • Provide on-demand enablement support for new product launches.
  • Build knowledge of the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) segment, representing customer and seller needs in internal strategy and planning sessions, as well as discussions with partners.
