Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with cost accounting principles, cost structures, and financial analysis.
- Experience in supply chain management, product costing, NPI in the technology hardware sector.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with hardware design principles, manufacturing processes, and component technologies to understand cost drivers and evaluate design trade-offs.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, architectures, and cost models to analyze cloud-related expenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to component costs, manufacturing yields, labor rates, shipping costs, and other factors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize cost while maintaining product quality and performance.
- Recommend design modifications, material substitutions, or process improvements that can lead to significant cost savings.
- Present cost models and analysis results in a way that is easily understandable for decision-makers.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various factors on total cost, identifying key areas for optimization.
