    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, multi-faceted projects and initiatives that span the entire organization. You will bring together various stakeholders and spearheading decision-making processes, ensuring that these programs remain on track and aligned with the broader strategic objectives of the Logistics Organization. Employing a blend of research, benchmarking, and data analysis, the Strategy Program Manager provides informed recommendations to guide these programs towards successful outcomes. You will serve as a bridge between diverse parts of the organization, fostering collaboration and facilitating the achievement of shared goals. You will establish a strategy and process for communicating a shared aim for the future with internal and external leaders.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Help run coreoperations/business cadence, establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
    • Manage team talent management initiatives and identify and report on success metrics for each project.
    • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to aggregate regional-level quarterly performance updates.
    • Manage the strategic/business planning process in coordination with regional and functional teams.
    • Support various team members on projects related to hiring, opex, special events, etc.
