- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in partner operations, contracts management, or vendor management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working on social impact initiatives or mission-driven projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize programming strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver program communication plans, internal documentation, and process infrastructure for key partners.
- Manage the team's contracting process in collaboration with Partnerships and Legal, including using internal tools, gathering approvals, assuring correct documentation, process tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Determine, collect, and analyze data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Support organizational processes alongside the Chief of Staff, including OKR planning, team cohesion initiatives, and change management.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
