- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with data access, risk assessment, or compliance monitoring for software infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in program management of security programs or related technical fields.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Program manages a portfolio of projects, driving multi-quarter roadmaps. Initiate new projects: scoping, objectives, team dynamics. Plan projects: milestones, timelines, dependencies, timelines, risks. Track and execute projects: tracking, reporting, communication.
- Collaborate with SoftWare Engineers (SWEs) and Product Managers (PMs) to drive software development projects. Exercise technical and product judgment to resolve project issues. Define processes for speeding up infrastructure and feature development. Manage customer relationships and customer onboarding.
- Coordinate across multiple locations, engineering leads, and product management teams.Manage communications across a complex web of executive stakeholders. Collaborate with a team of Search Infrastructure Technical Program Managers (TPMs)to establish standards and processes.
