Program Manager, Geo Data Trust Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in process improvement, vendor management, budget planning, or stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience defining measurements and data quality metrics.
  • Experience in mapping technologies or mapping operations.
  • Excellent process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from concept to launch, develop and coordinate realistic project estimates, plans, or metrics. Work and communicate with engineering, product management, quality assurance, operations, and customers.
  • Setup and manage in-house/external project execution teams with associated processes to ensure completion of the program.
  • Understand Google products, internal tools, processes, and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency.
  • Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays, and team performance to program teams, executives, and other sponsors.
  • Contribute to global planning processes that include project prioritization, headcount planning, forecast management, and analysis.
