Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience developing and launching AI/ML powered products or smart bidding.
- Experience with data analytics, SQL, or python.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn product requirements document (PRD) into objective and key results for one or more teams.
- Drive launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for improving bidding algorithms and machine learning models and optimizing the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value and business growth.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and partner teams to define new, innovative products via PRD'sand manage the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to launch to advertiser activation and scaling adoption.
- Lead and collaborate with Sales, BD, Legal, Go-to-Market organizations to take marketplace products to market. Develop internal and external sales narratives.
