Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Experience building AI/ML platform products for cloud customers.
- Experience shipping enterprise products to a developer or data science audience.
- Experience with generative AI models.
- Experience with the open source community.
- Experience with technologies in a moving industry.
- Experience working with AI/ML in regulated enterprises.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Execute on Generative AI strategy and roadmap to build responsible AI and safety tooling for Generative AI models.
- Engage with customers and industry partners to understand their needs and build responsible AI and safety tooling to enable use cases.
- Deliver innovative features to support use cases via bringing advanced technology and creating positive user experiences.
- Partner with business developmentand go-to-market teams to build growth strategies.
- Partner with engineering, research, and key stakeholder teams to align roadmap and OKRs, communicate product strategy to executive leaders, engineering, and cross-functional teams, and influence to gain consensus and resources to deliver.
