Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  • Experience working with multiple markets within the EU.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to liase with internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultations around a variety of people topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) services such as reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, change management/transformation.
  • Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a product area, market or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
  • Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive improvements in people processes, for input or buy-in from executive leaders when needed.
  • Identify key business/product, market or HR service lines that require change, activate/leverage People Experience/POps stakeholders, and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the Googlers experience.
