Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in a HR role.
- Experience in HR business partnering, people programs, or other people-related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience with data, analysis, trends, and reports.

Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to thePeople Operations(POps) Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, Product Area (PA) or market via dynamic consultations.
- Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes.
- Identify key business/product or market areas and GE/POps stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, of Google-wide HR policies and the POps' Menu of Services and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers, managers and leaders.
