Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in capturing data and surfacing trends/themes across multiple consultations to suggest interventions, process and HR product improvements, or in service of a business, product area, or market strategy.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.

As a People Consultant, you will work with Googlers, People Partners and other People Operations (POps) teams to provide personalized guidance, support, and solutions on a breadth of People Operations related activities requiring expertise across multiple organizations and specialties. You will ensure that employees experience the best that HR has to offer. You will focus on Googlers' experiences, provide timely responses, share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members, and balance individual needs with our philosophy, principles, and available resources.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, Product Area or market via dynamic consultations.
- Seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from leaders when needed.
- Identify key business/product and market areas and GE/People Operations stakeholdersto build networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge of Google-wide HR policies and the POps' Menu of Services and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers and managers and leaders.
