Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in operations, Trust and Safety, policy, program management, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
- Experience in fraud investigation.
- Experience in Trust and Safety or developer relations.
- Experience in risk analysis or data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

As the Trust and Safety Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of apps on the Google Play Store, specifically for non-mobile platforms. You'll manage enforcement workflows, ensuring apps meet Google's standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of app review workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and automate operational processes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to design, plan, and execute key projects.
- Develop and implement strategies for seamless launch of new app tests, features, and policy updates.
- Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality reviews of new app submissions.
- Analyze operational data to extract insights.
