Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience working in finance, accounting, business operations consulting or program management across a global organization.
  • Experience in process design and improvement using quality management principles (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent).
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience in consulting, process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma, particularly in a finance operations setting.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional projects including identifying, assessing and controlling risks, and with SAP and Big 4 accounting firms.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate deep understanding of accounting systems and processes. Partner with key stakeholders and engineering to improve complex financial processes.
    • Define process requirements for Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting teams in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Analyze datasets to test hypotheses and provide insights to influence decision making.
    • Partner with various business and Finance teams to identify and gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement end-to-end process improvements. Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with the engineering team to build efficient automated controls.
    • Drive an increase in productivity and efficiency across Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting areas while balancing risk, quality, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure Tax, SOX, and local entity compliance. Ensure readiness in support of new and existing functionalities.
