Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working at an executive level within the agency's business, or export Tech, as well as people management experience.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in this region.
- Experience in planning and achieving business objectives.
- Knowledge of Google and YouTube products.
- Ability to navigate and deliver in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to mentor a team to enhance their performance.

You will be a member of Google's Leadership on the Large Customer Sales team, with responsibility to influence Agency teams in other channels as well as to co-create a third-party ecosystem strategy for the market. You will work collaboratively, cross-functionally, and cross-country to bring together a team for each customer to develop relationships. You will also be a thought leader on the impact of technology.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop the objective, translate into a strategy, and manage the execution across different teams to establish partner value propositions and fully unlock the agencies and export clients' potential for clients and Google.
- Build and maintain a team to create and execute business growth strategies, agency plans, and business processes for the assigned list of partners. Establish and develop C-level relationships with agencies and export clients and advocate for Google solutions within the third-party ecosystem.
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google's products and services. Ensure compliance to Google standards, policies, and best practices.
- Lead a cross-functional team of partner managers, business development, and account management teams to partner with teams who support our business, including Sales Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Specialists.
