Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 12 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical leadership, including experience leading business transformation initiatives.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience working with Ad tech products, Ad server, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), Data Management Platforms (DMP), and web analytics.
- Ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

In this role, you will develop customer focused solutions and platforms increasing scale, reach, and team velocity for all deliverables to customers, sellers, and partners across both Google Customer Solutions (GCS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) segments. You will help customers and influence future product road maps, built around technical best practices and leading edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that develop scaled solutions with the intent of being delivered to thousands of customers across tiers.
- Deliver a strategic goal of the organization, establishing close relationships with executive leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure strategic alignment on opportunities and customer priorities.
- Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible, and impactful scaled strategy.
- Lead the change management on initiatives that drive greater automation and higher efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and our customers.
