Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the technology industry with Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products and platforms.
- 10 years of experience in team management.
- 10 years of experience in tech industry.
- 15 years of experience in industry with 13 years of business experience in tech industry business-related roles.
- Experience with managing cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Business) and external partners in implementation projects and negotiations.
- Ability to acquire new accounts and territories, and manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering results.
- Ability to build and lead the field business team, manage business.

You will lead a team of field business representatives who strive to make a significant impact on the success of our customer, which translates into business growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. You will lead the team to create an approach focusing on three sectors: Retail, FSI and Auto/Telcommunication/Manufacturing through understanding the customer's business tests and goals, identifying the value to the customers, and mobilizing internal resources to serve and deliver the customer experience.Google Cloud provides organizations with leading infrastructure, platform capabilities and industry solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of performing field business representatives and create an inclusive and growth-oriented culture. Focus on skills development and coaching to exceed business goals for the territory and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Acquire new customers with the industry-first approach for the three sectors.
- Build and expand relationships with C-level executives. Serve as the Cloud subject matter expert (SME) and influence the term direction of these accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans, including an enterprise plan across verticals to go in the territory. Manage the team day-to-day, providing support for critical business opportunities and career mentorship.
- Collaborate with Google account and technical teams to develop and motivate pipelines and provide expertise. Develop go-to-market efforts with Google Cloud Platform partners.
