As a Data Center Security Manager, you will focus on executing tasks of a project with minimal escalation, under some guidance from your manager. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Security Manager, support day-to-day management of the compliance, security, and risk management program at a Data Center or related infrastructure, which includes completing tasks related to site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and all other physical security-related issues.
• Participate in after-hours emergent, large-scale events. Implement Security Operations actions directed by the Crisis Management leadership team.
• Implement established compliance processes aligned with policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
• Participate in investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations including worker injuries and security incident investigations. Research and report on local factors for completion of Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
• Assist management with financial analysis and provide input for financial decisions, for security requirements.
