Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data; working with multiple data sources and combining information to generate analytical insights.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).

  • Experience in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data visualizations
  • Excellent project management skills, and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

    The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers around the world from large mid-market companies to local shops served by the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Business. We are the product and business experts behind GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth. In this role, you will lead the GCS Privacy go-to-market strategy, including how GCS customers and users engage with our products and solutions. You will engage with the various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive product changes and create go-to-market strategies and effective incentive systems. You'll gain valuable global experience, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries, and uncover new insights that help SMBs succeed around the world.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
    • Define GCS product and go-to-market strategy for First-Party Data(1PD) and infrastructure within GCS from concept to scale.
    • Use SQL to perform analysis of complex datasets to enhance our understanding and drive business decision-making.
    • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on the 1PD ecosystem (both at Google and outside of Google) and how our customers currently use (and should use) our 1PD solutions.
    • Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities. Plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in-region.
