Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, familiarity with SQL, and analytical experience working with large volumes of complex data.
- Ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment.
- Financial acumen and effective analytical, modeling skills to analyze/structure agreements, support decisions, and provide post mortem analysis.

As a Financial Analyst, you will act as a strategic business partner to the GBO management team with a primary focus on advertising sales. You will support Greater China's Business Finance operations such as reporting, forecasting, target setting, analysis, and budget management. You will work closely with your peers and GBO management to provide deep analytical insight into both short term and longer term commercial insights and plans. You will act as a key advisor to the leadership team on topics such as business performance, market investment strategies, and resource planning.

Responsibilities
- Support critical financial processes such as revenue reporting, forecasting, target setting, OPEX planning, and budget management.
- Provide management with clear insights and recommendations into the business, market trends, risks and opportunities leading to business enhancement and business actions.
- Perform analyses to identify growth drivers to influence business activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic business initiatives to provide performance and analytical insights.
