Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, or Controls role.
- Experience working in a Technical Accounting or similar role.
- Experience with spreadsheet software.
- MBA, CPA/CA/ACCA certification, or equivalent.
- Experience in financial reporting
- Experience developing and executing data analysis, with excellent strategic skills.
- Experience with multi-national corporations or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Excellent communication skills to influence, motivate, and inspire others.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
Responsibilities
- Execute key Controllership processes and controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, as well as accurate books and records.
- Work with external auditors and internal teams, to support the successful completion of local statutory audits.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare all key external reports and returns, including financial reports, tax returns and other territory specific filings.
- Perform analysis on financial data, in order to provide insights that enables informed decision making, including identification of risks
- Coordinate with internal and external business partners to improve processes, as well as partner collaboratively on accounting and compliance issues with regional and global teams.
