Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in data analytics.
- 7 years of experience managing a team of sellers.
- Experience in sales, delivering Data and Analytics software or solutions.
- Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory sales strategy and sales programs, and developing mechanisms to scale a business in a market.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analytics middleware, or back-end data warehouse technologies.

You will build executive-level relationships, and align our offerings and partners value proposition to customers needs. You will be prospecting, qualifying, and orchestrating a cross-functional team, leveraging the right resources including customer engineering, partner management, professional services, and field teams.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME), and influence long-term direction.
- Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals, and focus on enhancing greenfield accounts. Manage the team day-to-day, offering support for critical business opportunities and career mentorship.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud Data and Analytics solutions, articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
- Work with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Develop go-to-market efforts with Google Cloud Platform partners.
- Calibrate the business against the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and report the state of the business for the territory. Build, coach, and motivate a team of representatives.
