Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in administrative roles, in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 8 years of experience in administrative roles supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Expertise in effective calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.

Responsibilities

- Establish trustand partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you aresupporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions in complex, ambiguous, or time sensitive situations.
- Identify process and/or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, and be an expert on internal systems and policies.
