Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks, navigating internal and client-side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
- Excellent technical project management skills, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, influence, and advocating.

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to Google's Ads clients leadership by understanding how technology and media solutions can address their business challenges, and effectively delivering on complex, technical, global projects on their behalf.
- Discover customer needs by understanding clients' annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with Sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing client buy-in.
- Design and finalize a joint services plan by aligning solutions and resources to client focus areas in collaboration with gTech Ads delivery resources.
- Act as a primary point of accountability for gTech Ads go-to-market and execution by conducting regular debriefs on progress with clients and Sales (e.g., quarterly and annual plans).
- Orchestrate delivery of the services plan, working closely with gTech Ads execution teams in region, Customer Support, and Media Solutions.
