Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with reviewing or assessment of digital content.
  • Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
  • Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
  • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce YouTube's content policies and ensure policy enforcement.
  • Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring enforcement, written communication, and policy analysis.
  • Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
