Minimum qualifications:

- Experience with reviewing or assessment of digital content.
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
- Experience with content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
- Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.

Responsibilities
- Enforce YouTube's content policies and ensure policy enforcement.
- Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring enforcement, written communication, and policy analysis.
- Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
