Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in investigating potential policy violations and drafting timely investigation report.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Professional certifications like Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
  • Experience in designing and implementing access management policies and procedures, ability to manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, skill in conducting access reviews and auditing user permissions.
  • Experience in identity and access management systems and platforms, knowledge of system access authentication methods, and understanding of authorization protocols.
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices, awareness of relevant security standards and regulations, and ability to identify and mitigate security risks related to access control.
  • Excellent communication skills and engage with relevant parties and employees throughout investigation processes.

In this role, you will be responsible, and scalable oversight of Google's investment in Cloud. We work towards reporting our business and expenses on time. You will be designing and implementing Finance systems that support Cloud's growth and business strategy. You will enforce Alphabet's corporate policies nimbly and correctly, making sure nothing gets mist.

The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations into potential control breaches within the agreement execution process and lead corrective actions to mitigate business risk. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and individuals involved in policy violation incidents, including directors and executive leaders, to collect evidence, assess the occurrence of a breach, drive appropriate resolution, and prepare detailed formal reports.
  • Manage user access to the Salesforce system by implementing and maintaining identity and access management policies, ensuring only authorized users have the appropriate level of access to data and applications, while adhering to security regulations and best practices. Triage agreements blocked by systems access issues and guide the path forward on provisioning and resolution.
  • Support day-to-day contracting operations, including policy queries, contract execution blockers, and signature requests.
  • Oversee contracting operations for Google Cloud India commercial agreements, including quarterly business close procedures etc.
